Varun Grover criticises Helicopter Eela makers for failing to credit lyricist Swanand Kirkire in the trailer

Varun Grover, who has written critically acclaimed movies and TV reveals akin to Masaan and Sacred Game, has known as out the makers of Helicopter Eela for failing to say lyricist Swanand Kirkire in the principle credit of the trailer.

The trailer of the Kajol-starrer was released on 5 August and in response to Grover, it’s “lower totally on songs (written by Kirkire with presumably a workforce of writers)”. Quickly after Grover’s tweet, Ajay Devgn, co-producer of the movie, issued an apology on Twitter and stated the ‘mistake’ was being rectified.
