Bhubaneswar: Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) on Thursday accused Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik of betraying the folks by backing NDA candidate within the Rajya Sabha deputy chairman election in a bid to cease the CBI from exposing ruling celebration’s “misdeeds”.
