Punjab Nationwide Financial institution fraud: CBI strikes extradition request in opposition to fugitive billionaire Nirav Modi’s brother Nishal


New Delhi: The CBI has moved an extradition request to deliver again Nishal Modi, the brother of fugitive billionaire Nirav Modi who’s accused in $2-billion banking fraud case in Punjab Nationwide Financial institution, officers stated on Monday.

The request was despatched to the Residence Ministry on Friday. The Residence Minister will ship it to Belgium, the place Nishal Modi is believed to be holding up, by the Exterior Affairs Ministry, they stated.
