Producers Guild of India passes resolution amending by-laws to ensure safe workspace for women

Producers Guild of India on 14 November at its ‘Extraordinary Normal Assembly’ in Mumbai handed a decision amending its by legal guidelines. Based on the decision, it’s necessary for all members who fall beneath the purview of The Sexual Harassment of Girls at Office (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013 (PoSH) to implement the requisite legal guidelines together with structure of Inside Complaints Committee (ICC).
