Divya Dutta on National Film Awards controversy: Not being felicitated by President 'doesn't lessen its value'

Divya Dutta, who simply won a National Award for her supporting position in Irada, is not feeling slowed down by the truth that the souvenir wasn’t handed to her by the President of India. Her feedback come within the wake of the boycott of the ceremony by as many as 70 recipients on studying that the president can be personally handing the award to solely 11 individuals.

Minister of Info and Broadcasting Smriti Irani as an alternative, gave away the awards to the winners together with Minister of State Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore.
