For John Travolta, “icon” would be the phrase on the Cannes Movie Pageant.

Commerce publication Selection stated Friday (four Could) that Travolta will obtain its inaugural Cinema Icon Award at this month’s pageant in France.

Steven Gaydos, Selection vp and government editor, stated in an announcement that Travolta’s lengthy profession, recognition and honors “splendidly qualify” him for the popularity.
