In July this year, Huami, Xiaomi’s wearable-focused sub-brand, launched the Amazfit Bip and Amazfit Stratos smartwatches in India. Now, Huami is expanding its portfolio in the country with the launch of two new products – Amazfit Pace and Amazfit Cor. Both wearables will be available exclusively on Amazon India, starting today.
Priced at Rs 9,999, Amazfit Pace is a smartwatch that comes with integrated fitness-tracking features. Having built-in GPS and heart-rate sensor, the Pace can track many daily activity-related metrics like distance, time, pace, calories, speed, and elevation. It also comes with 2.4GB of on-board storage that can be used to store music, making the smartwatch double up as a portable music player as well. Sporting a 1.23-inch IPS LCD colour touchscreen, the smartwatch uses Bluetooth connectivity, and is compatible with both iOS and Android smartphones. Huami claims that with basic use, Amazfit Pace offers up to 11 days of battery life on a single charge. It’s available in two colours – red and black.
Bearing a price tag of Rs 3,999, Amazfit Cor is a fitness tracker that comes with heart-rate tracking features. It has a 1.23-inch IPS LCD colour touch display and is water-resistant up to 50m. The activity tracker/smart band features exercise tracking capabilities and can also display weather forecast for up to 7 days. The tracker can keep tabs on all standard fitness-related metrics like daily step count, distance travelled, and quality of sleep. Compatible with both iOS and Android smartphones, it comes preloaded with useful apps like alarm, timer, and smartwatch. Amazfit Cor has a claimed battery life of up to 12 days on a single charge with regular use.
